SUMMARY

Have a total of more than 17,5 years international experience with software, EPC and owner-operator  companies. My background is made up of technical knowledge, engineering methodology, piping software handling, site experience and team management. Main focus is on material management services and the diversity of my experience allows me to adapt to various types of requirements.


PROFESIONNAL EXPERIENCES

July 2018 to Date:         Piping Material Engineer Consultant

ALTRAN (6 months) and then JLAREURE CONSULTING for ARKEMA.

  • Entering data of piping material specification in SPRD (PIP Spec)
  • Responsible for management of piping material studies.
  • Creation of Valves datasheet.
  • Preparation of piping classes using smart plant material (EN standards)
  • Preparation of piping class summary
  • Perform various calculations as per ASME 31.3 for pipe thickness, Reinforcement Pad.
  • Technical bid evaluation and recommendation on the offers received for piping items
  • Coordination and negotiation with vendors, review and approval of vendor’s documentation and drawings
  • Coordination with other discipline engineers.

June 2016 to July 2018:         Piping Material Engineer Consultant

ALTRAN for SAIPEM. For Al Zour project for KNPC.

  • Responsible of all piping material requisition for enquiry. Supervision of Saipem Chennai office for bulk piping and pipeline material requisition.
  • Input of Piping material datasheet (special material, fittings, flanges)
  • Vendor document review for pipeline bulk, barred tee and valves (Big diameter ball valves, Slab Valves)

December 2015 to June 2016:         Piping Material Engineer Consultant

ALIASOL for TECHNIP FRANCE Lyon

  • Responsible for technical clarification for ON-OFF Valves and manual ball valves (4.5 million Euros requisition) for SIBUR project.
  • Input of datasheet, clarification meeting and then Technical bid evaluation and recommendation on the offers received.

  • Entering data of piping material specification in Excel for SP3D. Test of those data in SP3D using SpecTester and know-how for our clients (SAMSUNG, KBR, AMEC, KIEWIT, BAYER).

July 2012 – February 2014:               Senior Application Consultant

CAXperts / NWR project / DOW project / KBR project

  • Responsible for configuration of the SP3D interface of SPRD for a surgeon refinery in Calgary – Canada. Generation of SP3D piping classes from SPRD. Definition and correction of piping material specifications. Entering piping material specification in SPRD. Implementation of Marian/SP3D interface in DOW (USA). Help on developing the SP3D interface of the in-house tool of KBR (USA).

November 2011 – July 2012:    Senior Application Consultant

  • Responsible for configuration of the SP3D interface of SPRD for a surgeon refinery in Frankfurt – Germany. Support to generation of SP3D piping specification from SPRD. Entering piping specification in SPRD.
